Cisco and Asterisk integration

Cisco PBX

Difficulties in scaling or customizing Cisco are eliminated by integrating Asterisk into the communication scheme.

A popular Open Source product reduces the cost of a solution without sacrificing the quality or reliability of the telephony.

Asterisk

takes over the processing of some calls, for example, for contact center operators.

Cisco

serves internal telephone subscribers in front of or behind Asterisk.
